After submission, the Go Support team (go.help@derbysoft.net) will review your request promptly.
Step 3. Complete API Certification
It is still allowed to revert to previous stage before your API certification is approved. For instance, if you've selected an incorrect API type. However, please note that once API Certification has been submitted, the version cannot be downgraded. We strongly recommend carefully verifying all configurations before final submission to prevent any inconvenience.
Once approved, proceed to the next step.
- Submit the certification configuration and click Save. The Go support team will review your submission promptly.
- Download the test case scenarios file.

Upon completing this process, you will see the following interface:
Tips: If new connections are configured in the production environment before upgrading to Go V4, these connections will continue using the Go V3 protocol.
Step 4. Production Environment Configuration
After completing API certification, if you see the following prompt, you need to upgrade your tokens. If you currently have only one token in Go V3 environment, you should upgrade it to two tokens:one for reservation, another one for non-reservation.(If this prompt does not appear, you may proceed directly to production environment configuration.)
Once the token upgrade is complete, you can continue with the production environment configuration.
If you see the following alert, it indicates that some of your connections aren't live now. All Go V3 connections should be operated to live before upgrading the production environment.
Once all connections are operated to live, you can configure your production environment and then submit for review. The Go Support team will review your request promptly.
Step 5. Connection Migration After Upgrade
Once your production environment configuration is approved by the Go Support team, your environment upgrade is completed. You will need to upgrade each existing connection individually.
Click the Start button next to the connection you wish to upgrade, configure the Go V4 settings in the pop-up window, then click the Start Migration button.
You will then see the following page indicating your migration request has been submitted. The Go Support team will review it promptly.
Tips: During connection migration, you cannot edit the connection details page. If rejected, you'll need to return to the API management page to retry and upgrade.
Upon approval, you'll see the following interface indicating you can now begin migrating this connection. During the migration process, this connection will remain in Go V3.
You may choose to migrate all connections at once or proceed hotel by hotel. Please note that you should only click the Finish button after confirming all hotels have been successfully migrated to Go V4, as any remaining hotels in Go V3 will be automatically deactivated.
After a single connection migration is complete, you can view its status change in the process flow.
Please repeat these steps for all connections in Go V3.
Tips: ① As long as any connections remain in the migration progress, the Go interface will continue displaying both V3 and V4 versions. ② During the connections upgrade process, if you need to onboard new connections, simply use the Go V4 onboarding procedure.
When all connections are successfully migrated, you'll see the following page.
Congratulations!
You are now officially a Go V4 user. The V3 environment will no longer be displayed, and all new connections you create will automatically operate in the Go V4 environment.
